Travel Fund for independent scholars/unemployed/students

Bids for financial assistance towards the cost of travel and accommodation are now open. Please apply in the first place to vwoolf2017@gmail.com with a short paragraph outlining your financial needs, explaining why you are applying to the fund, and your estimated expenditure. After we have adjudicated the requests for assistance, we will then send through an expenditure form in excel.

This form must be submitted in full with receipts attached after the conference, and sent to Mrs Julie Farwell, English Lit. Dept, Edith Morley, Whiteknights, University of Reading, RG6 6AH no later than 14th July. If it is received after this date we will not be able to process your payment.

We are able to run this fund through a generous donation from the International Virginia Woolf Society and the generosity of individual donors during the conference registration process: we are very grateful for these. The total sum donated will be shared equally between successful applicants.
