Please consider donating to the Travel Fund for independent scholars/unemployed/students as you register. Applicants will be able to apply for funds in early June.

Conference Location: The University of Reading is half an hour away from London Paddington by train. Those on international flights can get the Heathrow Express direct from London Heathrow to Paddington station with an easy connection from there to Reading. There are also direct trains between Reading and Gatwick airport.

We will use conference venues on the main Whiteknights campus, with a block booking for accommodation in student halls and in the on-site hotel.

Weds 28th June:

B&B available on campus.

£75 standard rate / £70 reduced rate (student and non-waged) /£85 hotel rate

Thurs 29th June:

£125 standard halls rate. All inclusive (includes registration fee, all food – lunch, evening meal, breakfast- & overnight accommodation in halls).

£100 reduced halls rate (student and non-waged). All inclusive (includes registration fee, all food -lunch, evening meal, breakfast- & overnight accommodation in halls).

£150 Hotel rate. All inclusive (includes registration fee, all food -lunch, evening meal, breakfast- & overnight accommodation in on-campus hotel). NB limited numbers.
